Has anyone had it done and what is the cost?

It can close it. If the gap is in the front - you may be able to get it done on the NHS (if in England) which would carry a max cost of approx £250.00. Failing that, you could be looking at approx £700 all in.
Reply:get laminates

Cost three grand, however their well worth it
Reply:It can help improve the look of it. Depending on how large the gap is to begin with, it may or may not make it appear to be closed completely.

Did you see the last cycle of America's Next Top Model? The woman who won, Danielle, had a gap in her teeth and, in one episode, she went to a cosmetic dentist to have work done on it. It didn't close the gap completely (because it was too large to begin with) but it did make it look a lot better.

It can cost a few thousand dollars and dental insurance usually doesn't cover the cost.
Reply:Many women find that men with a gap in their front top teeth turns them on. If your a girl, and you want to get rid of the gab, you should get a retainer =D
Reply:hi! yes i had "bonding" done on mine-----it cost about 400 dollars

it lasts for about 10 years- but you need to becareful about caffine and smoking stain

find a dentist and check out his work----it takes about 2 hours plus for each tooth... this is USA- kansas!
Reply:Yes, it can be done. The cost varies depending on the method chosen. If you are young, you may find that your teeth will move closer as you grow into your teens and twenties--mine did. But be careful, as you get in to your fifties and older, your teeth drift forward in your mouth, and the gap can not only close, but you can actually begin to have an overlap--that happened to my mom. Go to your regular dentist and ask him or her for a referral to a cosmetic dentist.
Reply:I used to have a gap in my teeth and my dentist sealed it up by adding a little bit of identical coloured 'stuff' to each tooth. It was really cheap as well, around £20 and it looks perfect. Be warned though because if you have a huge gap this wouldn't work cos your front teeth would look too big.
