These answers are okay, since you have ruled out everything else, but I want to caution you from using an abrasive "whitening" toothpaste. There are many products on the market that are okay, but some "super" whiteners are really abrasive polishes that will seem to whiten your teeth at first, but then you will see them start to actually get darker as you wear away the enamel coating. The inner layer of your tooth is darker than the enamel. As the enamel wears away, your teeth will actually get darker and you'll want to brush even more and even harder. This only makes it WORSE and so on and so on...
Reply:GARGLE WITH PEROXIDE EACH MORNING BEFORE YOU BRUCH YOUR TEETH. tHEN USE BAKING SODA WITH YOUR TOOTHPASTE TO BRUSH.

Reply:You've pretty much eliminated everything. The only things left are toothpastes and gums which claim to whiten, and avoiding things which stain teeth (such as coffee, tea, etc...)

Reply:Brush you teeth a lot. I would do it every morning, after eating, before sleeping, etc. And floss, and use mouth wash...I'm addicted to Orbit White (a gum). It supposedly removes stains and whitens.
Reply:My dad always told us to use a mix of baking soda and peroxide (made into a slightly thick paste) instead of toothpaste. It cleans your teeth really well and whitens at the same time.
