Will I get in a law suit with the dentist?

A dentist who is a president of some ACADEMY of COSMETIC DENTISTRY. She did some work on my teeth to improve my smile but she removed alot of my teeth structure and it affects my life(when eating %26amp; speaking). She also hide information from me so I can't use models to discuss with other dentist for second opinion. The model she gave me doesn't match to the actual teeth structure I've have rite now as couple of dentist thinks.

I'm so upset and I think she shouldn't be the president. I want to send emails to those dentist members about my treatment and about her.

Will I get in a law suit with this dentist if I really send those emails?

You should sue her!!!!!!!!! what are you waiting for?
Reply:If they're slanderous. But why aren't you talking to someone that can actually help you with your situation. Sound like you got a bad deal.
Reply:If I were you I would file a lawsuit against the ***** for screwing up my teeth.
Reply:Ohh, that totally sucks!

I can't believe that happened to you. Did you have veneers, or what procedure did you have? Anyway, the first step would be to contact her and tell her that you are not satisfied with what she did. Wow...where to start!

Let her know the difficulty you are having and ask about the possibility of revisions. If she knows u're serious, chances are, she'll try to accomodate you if only to avoid the scandal of a lawsuit. I advise you to consider your options very carefully. A lawsuit may be hard to defend--unless you get a very good lawyer (which I suspect may cost more than ultimately getting your teeth enhanced)...in part because you more than likely signed a consent form that protects your Dentist.

I feel so bad for you...and definitely understand how inconveniencing and annoying this all is. I have a feeling talking to other dentists from the ACD (esp. higher officials) about your dentist will not get you too far in getting dirt on ur dentist but if you can get evaluated by a dentist who has your previous records, you may be on to something.
