I'm in my teenage years and my teeth are how can I say not up to par with some of my friends. Ever since I can

remember I've been in and out of dentist offices despite that I brush/floss/rinse at least 2 or more times a day. My sister whose dental hygiene is just about adequate has never even had a single cavity and I must say I find it a tad agrevating. Now I'm beginning to notice brown spots on the back of my upper front teeth, and more decay in the front. Although I'm not in a financial position for any cosmetic dentistry, I'd appreciate anyone who has any tips for a whiter /brighter smile , also if anyones had a similar problem your advice would be well put to use. Thanks!

My sister had the same problem with her teeth. And it's only gotten worse. She hates milk and won't drink it, so in turn had/has a calcium deficiency.

I don't know if this has anything to do with you though. But if you don't drink a lot of milk I'd start taking a supplement so you can keep healthy.

If you're sure that's not it then ask your local pharmacist what he thinks of your brands of floss tooth brush, ect..

If you don't have an electric tooth brush then get one. They do a much better job than a regular tooth brush.

Other than that, that's all I know of.
