Very complicated case--- able to fix with cosmetic dentistry?

I'm only 24 but I have a complicated case -- My teeth are crooked they produce and uneven bite (main problem is one of the front ones recedes back quite a bit) %26amp; I have had extensive dental work done (3 root canals, 3 pulled teeth, a few cavities filled).

Can I have a nice smile without having to get braces?

Like, would they be able to put something on the front tooth to make it seem even with the others (now it recedes)--- the rest of the teeth arent that crooked so they dont bother me that much.

Also, is I have a missing tooth in the back--- however, the 2 teeth surrounding that missing tooth are pushing in onto that space--- can they somehow fix that so an implant can be put there without having to spread the teeth with braces??

Some dentists offer a device called "snap on smile" It is custom made to fit over you teeth. It will make your teeth look much better. It will not fix all your problems, but it is inexpensive. The only way room can be made for the implant is with braces.
Reply:I have spent alot of time in the dental chair, 5 root canals, implant and got braces (as adult) in order to make space for an implant. You would have to see an orthodontist to find out if they can put in some sort of spacer to help separate those teeth. Then see a cosmetic Dentist, as sometimes they can put veneers over crooked teeth, every person is different. Yes it does suck to get braces as an adult, if you can afford it, there are clear braces that look like a clear plastic tray you insert, but you need new ones made very few weeks, and they are very pricey. As for the implant - I would personally only have it done by an experienced Periodonist.
