Is cosmetic dentistry an alternative to orthodontics? Also, can it do anything to fix an underbite?

yea either a real messy surgery or they give you a hannible lecter face mask to wear at night you know relly man under bites are cool anyways i got a massive one but it gives me a pronounced jaw line that the ladies love i'd be a no chin git with out it, be carful you'll change the shape of your face a bit i'd just get them straightened and bleached and your good to go no need for all of that

Yes it is, but I'm not sure about the underbite thing.
Reply:BENNER,

COSMETIC SURGERY HAS LIMITED APPLICATIONS WHERE DENTISTRY IS CONCERNED.

TO CORRECT A CLASS 3 MALOCCLUSION (AN UNDER BITE) THERE ARE SEVERAL OPTIONS:

1.JAW SURGERY

2. ORTHODONTICS

3. JAW SURGERY AND ORTHODONTICS

THE BEST THING TO DO IS TO BE EVALUATED BY AN ORTHODONTIST TO SEE WHAT YOUR OPTIONS ARE.
